What to include

Support

If something is not working, include your account email, what you were trying to do, and, for an API issue, the endpoint and the approximate time of the request. Logs for the last 12 months are available to help us investigate.

Billing & license keys

Pro and Team plans are delivered as license keys. If you purchased a key and it does not activate, email us with your order details and we will sort it out.

Security issues

Found a vulnerability in the service itself? Report it to [email protected] with details so we can fix it. We appreciate responsible disclosure.
